The parent / legal guardian ensures that the gymnast does not have any medical restrictions to attend gymnastics classes.
Registration will ONLY be accepted if dues for previous year have been fully paid.

Full registration fees for Competitive, Pre-Competitive, Regional levels must be paid upon registration.
Installments are due on the 1st of every month.

Full activity fees must be paid at time of registration for Recreational levels.
NSF fees of 10$ will be charged in case of returned cheque.

Cancellation Policy:

Registration and affiliation fees are not refundable.

In case of course termination, refund will be issued after the Request for Cancellation is submitted in writing / by email to the Board (questorhythmics@gmail.com) by a parent or legal guardian. The refund will be issued from the date such request is submitted for any training month which hasn’t yet begun.

The Board keeps the right to suspend the gymnast from training should the registration and/or training fees not be paid.

Parents are responsible for rolling and unrolling carpets before and after class.

All athletes and parents/legal guardians accept to abide by Questo’s Club policies, rules and regulations. Full documents available upon request.
