Description:

In this heart-filling program, students will embark on a journey of spreading positivity and making a meaningful difference in their community. Through a variety of interactive activities, students will learn the importance of empathy, understanding, and the power of small acts of kindness. Crafts and activities will include a range of community service initiatives that make a tangible impact on the lives of others. Guided by mentors and role models, students develop essential life skills such as teamwork, leadership, and social responsibility (6 sessions).

Required age: 8 - 11 on the day of the activity

Notes: Please bring a water bottle to the program each week. Please also wear closed-toe shoes, and clothing that can get messy as we will be painting!

Prerequisites: This program is offered to Abbotsford students in Grades 3, 4 & 5.
