Description:
Parkour is the art of acrobatics in motion. Learn to jump, roll and run; over, under and through obstacles in our parkour “gym”! This class with work through all the fundamental skills of both Parkour and Ninja Warrior, ensuring the basics are taught in a sequential fashion to produce a strong foundation to build on!
