Description:

This is an 8-week class designed for children between ages 8 - 12, focusing on self-awareness, social skills, self-regulation, empathy, and motivation. Our structured activities will encompass painting, physical activities, and mindful games. We will discuss a variety of topics within emotional intelligence to deepen our shared understanding.
