Description:

This class is for students who have completed level 1 and wish to continue learning.Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi in ancient China. It is suitable for all ages with its characteristics of slow-flowing, smooth, gentle, continuous, mindfulness and self-cultivation. Practicing Tai Chi improves strength and flexibility, circulation as well as help to balance body, mind and spirit.

Notes: The Winter 2024 Session will run from Saturday January 6 to Thursday May 16. There will be no classes February 17 and March 30.
