Weekly Basketball Training for Beginners only! This Co-ed Programming is for new players to the game of basketball just starting out. It will be a focused progressive process to teach the game of basketball in skill development. Day: SUNDAYS Location: Lincoln Alexander P.S Time: 11am - 12 pm

Prerequisites: Beginner Sundays are for athletes just learning the game of basketball or just starting out in the game. Here, we take a progressive approach to skill development for the benefit of the athlete at their initial level. We encourage athletes once complete this program to join Weekly KEYS Training during the week. This program is only for beginners.
