Notes: Please ensure that your athlete brings both non-marking indoor and outdoor shoes. It's also important that your athlete carries a water bottle and a substantial lunch to stay hydrated and energized throughout the day. We have planned some exciting activities outside the AAA Centre, so we will require a bicycle on certain days. Don't worry, we will notify you in advance of these days so that we can plan accordingly. Fortunately, the trail system is located just around the corner from AAA, providing us with a convenient route to these locations.
