Description:

The Junior Spikers Program's main focus is learning the fundamentals of volleyball. One way to accomplish this is by playing a game called Smashball, which aims to increase participation rates in volleyball by emphasizing the sport's most thrilling skill – the spike.

Each night, we will concentrate on a specific fundamental skill, such as passing, setting, hitting, tipping, serving, defense, positioning, and movement. At the end of the night, we will integrate these abilities with Smashball.

Notes: Please remind your athlete to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable athletic clothing. It is mandatory to wear indoor non-marking shoes to preserve the court for all athletes. Thank you.

Prerequisites: Indoor non-marking shoes are mandatory.
