Step into the rhythm of Brazil with Capoeira!

Capoeira is Brazilian Art form combining elements of Dance, Music, Acrobatics, Afro brazilian culture and Self defence. Children develop physical (fitness coordination, flexibility and more) and social skills through play-based exercises designed to teach them the basics of Capoeira, while instilling values of responsibility, compassion and self-confidence, all within a nurturing, safe and fun environment.

This dynamic art form fosters creativity, rhythm, and self-expression, all of which helps make Capoeira a great addition to any child's life.

Prerequisites: Your child must be in Grades 1-4 to participate in this class. There is a minimum number of student enrolments required to run this class.
