●   If my camper is new to The Appletree School, a copy of the birth certificate/passport/adoption agreement must be provided before the 5th day of attendance.
●   Academy and Preschool: Tuition information, deadlines and policies are noted on the next page. Please see reverse for details.
●   The Appletree does not make any refunds on the registration fee that must be paid with this contract.
●   My child has permission to participate in all scheduled school activities and field trips during camp.
●   The Appletree is authorized to obtain medical treatment for my child if, in the opinion of the staff, such treatment is necessary, and the parent(s)/guardian cannot be reached for the appropriate consent. The parent(s)/guardian agree to be responsible for all charges or expenses connected with such treatment.
●   I will complete the emergency form -- which will be sent home along with the Camp Calendar, before the start of camp – and return it to Appletree School no later than the first day my child attends camp -- making sure I indicate the names and phone numbers of at least TWO emergency contacts.
●   If my child is new to The Appletree School, I will have my child’s physician or current school fax or forward the required School Entrance Health Form showing he/she has had the required physical examination and immunizations ON or BEFORE his/her fifth day of camp attendance.
●   If my child is new to The Appletree School, I will access the Parent Handbook by request and adhere to the policies outlined in it.

Registration for camp is set up for weekly registration. If you would like to register for the whole summer camp, there is a 10 week registration discount. Otherwise, registration for each week is as follows: Week 1 starting June 10, Week 2 starting June 17, Week 3 starting June 24, Week 4 starting July 1 (CLOSED JULY 4th), Week 5 starting July 8, Week 6 starting July 15, Week 7 starting July 22, Week 8 starting July 29, Week 9 starting August 5, and Week 10 starting August 12. The last week of camp is only 3 days, Monday-Wednesday with the last day falling on Wednesday, August 14.

●   Please note tuition is due for all Academy Summer Campers and new Preschool Summer Campers by June 1, 2024.
●   If you register your child after June 1, 2024 then tuition is due upon registration.
●   If you are an Academy Summer Camper and you pay by May 1, 2024 you will receive a 2 % discount on the weekly tuition.
- Appletree will issue a 2% tuition refund following payment received in full.
●   Please remember your non-refundable registration fee is due upon registering, no discount is given.
●   Should you withdraw in writing by May 15, any tuition paid will be refunded. There are no refunds after May 15.

Any changes made after camp registration is completed on May 15, 2024, will be assessed a change fee of $15.00 per change made.

If paying by check directly to the Appletree School: The check needs to be received within 2 business days of registration, or registration will be cancelled. *Please await an email from Terry on our finance team regarding your 2% discount, if paying the full balance due, to receive your updated balance due.

Virginia State Law, House Bill 946 requires that Appletree document that we have seen proof of identity. This proof must be provided for verification within seven business days of initial attendance. All campers new to Appletree also need to provide current immunization records.

The Appletree School admits children of any race and religion to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. The Appletree School does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, religion or ethnic origin in the administering of its educational policies, scholarships and loan programs, athletic or other school administered programs.
