Description:
Aquatica Synchro’s High Performance program is for those athletes who want to compete at a national level and specialize in the sport of synchronized swimming. They have competed previously at the provincial/interprovincial level. Athletes are placed by the coaches according to their age and skill level. Note: A more flexible training schedule can be discussed with the head coach on an athlete by athlete basis. Total time commitment – 17 hours per week including 3 hours land and 14 hours water. It is strongly recommended that athletes also do strength and conditioning 2x a week. We have training options available at an additional cost

Notes: Athletes will compete in Manitoba Artistic Swimming Competitions in the 2023-2024 year. Please note these dates have not yet been set by Manitoba Artistic Swimming. Generally, there is 1 competition in November, January/February, March and April. All HP Teams attend the National Competition as well as the top 2 solos and duets from Manitoba (as determined at Catherine Kerr Classic in February)
Prerequisites: This program is for athletes 16-19 years of age
