Description:

Join Coach Claire from Sublime Strengh and Conditioning as we work on staying in "synchro shape" over the summer.  The time is focussed on building stronger athletes in the off-season so that they are ready to return to the sport with an advantage in September.  

Tuesdays 7:00-8:00pm

May 28 to June 25, 2024 - Depending on registration and interest we may extend session into July/August

Early bird price of $85 if register before April 28th. Cost of $100 if register after April 28th, 2024

$25 Drop in available (drop in registration closes 24 hrs before the class)
