Aquatica's summer programming is a great way to stay in shape, keep up with your synchro knowledge or learn the basics of synchro in a fun and relaxed environment.

 

STRENGTH, CONDITIONING & FLEX TRAINING

Our Strength, Condition & Flex program provides land-based activities that help increase athletes' strength, conditioning and flexibility - all important elements of artistic swimming. 

WEDNESDAY IN POOL TRAINING

Aquatica is offering private 1:1 training sessions at Pan Am Pool over July & August 2024.  One-hour time slots are available from 6:00 - 8:00pm. Each session will require separate registration dependant upon pool space availability. Athletes can choose to have a 2:1 session to split cost (will need to notify Head Coach prior to session). No private sessions are available during bootcamp week.

 

SUMMER CAMPS

The Fit and Fun Camp is open to athletes new to artistic swimming, recreational athletes, and competitive athletes.  Athletes will be split into groups based on ability and will have a fun week that builds their skills in artistic swimming regardless of their ability.

 

The Competitive Bootcamp is open to any athletes intending on competing in artistic swimming and strongly encouraged for athletes that will be in our high performance program in the 2024/2025 season. Athletes that are new to competitive are welcome to join.  Again, athletes will be split based on their ability and work building a foundation to prepare them for the upcoming competitive season.

Camp Includes:

• Cap and nose clip for each athlete
• Land and water-based activities to build on artistic swimming and related skills
• Time spent on swimming skills, diving, flexibility, and strength
• Classes split based on each athlete’s age and ability so that all participants will be challenged appropriately
• Qualified and experienced artistic swimming coaches

- July 15th - 19th Summer Splash Camps at various pools

- August 12 -16th at EK Pool

- August 19 - 23th at EK Pool

- August 26 - 30th at Pan Am Pool

Cancellation Policy: 

Aquatica Synchro Club – Summer Camp Refund Policy

Due to the limited space available, payment in full must be made to reserve your spot. Our refund policy for summer camps and training programs is as follows:

• A full refund, less a $50 non-refundable administration fee, will be given if an athlete cancels at least 15 days prior to the start of the summer camp or training program.
• If an athlete needs to cancel less than 15 days prior to the start of the summer camp or training program due to illness, a medical issue or exceptional circumstances, consideration will only be given for switching to a different week of camp or for a credit towards the upcoming regular season training programs. A formal request, including a doctor’s note if applicable, must be provided for board consideration.
• No refunds or credits will be issued with less than two days notice.
• Missed days during a summer camp or training program will not be refunded or made-up at another date.
• All refunds or credits will be issued after the camp season is over.
• Requests for refunds should be made to treasurer@aquaticasynchro.com  

If a summer camp or training program needs to be canceled due to facility closure, cancellation of pool space and an alternate location and programming cannot be provided, a full refund will be given. 

 

If you choose to pay by credit card, a 2.75% fee will be added to your invoice.
