Socks are to be worn if the participant has warts (to prevent spread). Tight fitting athletic wear is recommended, gymnastics clothing is best. Items with buttons, zippers, and/or hoods are not allowed due to safety concerns. Long hair is to be tied back using a soft elastic. All jewelry is to be removed, with the exception of small stud earrings and for medic alert. No electronics are allowed. Please bring a water bottle and snacks/lunch, as well as a change of clothing (in the event of an accident). No food will be provided by FLIPS.

Notes: NO SCHOOL DAY-CAMP POLICY Once you are registered, we hope that nothing interferes with your child coming to Athabasca FLIPS Gymnastics. However, if you must cancel or transfer your child’s registration for our No School Camps, please be aware of our cancellation and transfer policies: If a cancellation is requested a minimum of two weeks prior to the first day of camp, you will receive a full refund or a full credit can be applied to your account for future use. If a cancellation is requested up to five days prior, you will receive a 100% refund less a $10 administration fee or a 100% credit can be applied to your account for future use (with no additional administrative fee). If a cancellation is requested less than four days before the day of camp, no refund or credit will be issued. Medical cancellations will receive a refund or a credit can be applied to your account for future use (with no additional administrative fees). A medical certificate or doctor’s note must be provided. Once a credit is issued to an account, the credit amount is non-refundable. Account credits can be used towards future online purchases made at FLIPS and have no expiration date. If your child is ill or for any reason misses a portion of the day, we will not be able to provide a partial refund. In the event that Athabasca FLIPS Gymnastics must cancel a program offered at our facility due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control (including coach illness, extreme weather, power outage, gas leak, global pandemic, etc) we will provide a full non-refundable credit on your Amilia account for any missed dates. *Only Credits are available* If a child can not adhere to staff instruction and safety requirements, they will be removed from the program and no refund or credit will be provided for the remainder of the camp. Participants must bring their own snacks, lunch, and drinks (with the exception of water). FLIPS is not able to provide food to campers. In respect of our team’s time, please adhere to drop off and pick up times. Doors will open at 8:50 am. Late pick- ups will be assessed a $25 late pick up fee. Drop-In membership is required. Current FLIPS members will not have to purchase drop-in insurance. All waivers and paperwork must be completed PRIOR to drop-off. There are digital links and paper copies of waivers available at the gym. Please come in with your child at drop-off to ensure compliance. Prerequisites: - Eligible for family discount of 10% off per additional child. Must be in the same household and can not be combined with other offers. - In respect of our team's time, please adhere to the drop off and pick up times. Participants will not be allowed into the facility until 8:50 am. Late pick ups will be assessed a $25.00 late pick up fee.
