This is a required Pre-Screening for our 2024 Summer Day Camps (One per participant) 

*Your child will be eligible for this day camp if they will be between the age of 7 - 18 years old by the first day of the camp you want to register them into and must complete the Pre-Screening ahead of registration launch.

What to do:

Step 1: Please read through all of the Important Information section outlined about this program.

Step 2: Register your child for this Pre-Screening Program.  (It is free and will not cost you anything at the time of check out)

Step 3: During the registration process, it will ask you to complete our 2024 Day Camp Pre-Screening Form. (3 quick & easy questions!)  

Step 4: You will know you have successfully completed the Pre-Screening for us once you have received a Confirmation email from Smart Rec - Amilia.  Another way to double check is that it will also show up as a Registered program underneath your child's name in your Amilia account.

Required age: 7 - 18 on the day of the activity

Notes: You will be unable to register for our day camps on registration launch day if this Pre-Screening has not been completed by Sunday, April 28, 2024.

Prerequisites: Only complete this Pre-Screening if your child is between the ages of 7 – 18 years old and is interested in registering for a week of our summer day camp.
