Parent and Toddler-Sea Otters- builds on the skills introduced in Parent and Infant-Baby Seals. Participants improve on these skills and learn more advanced skills in Parent and Toddler-Sea Otters. As with Parent and Infant-Baby Seals, water safety topics are also included in this level.
