Groveport Sports and Activity Camp! Join Bally Sports Group this summer for an active and fun summer camp experience! Campers will be introduced to different sports throughout the summer, where instruction will be delivered in a positive and encouraging way. Each morning, the camp will focus on a sport relating the to weekly theme. Campers are taught the fundamentals of each sport and the concept of game play. Camp will also feature fun-based contests and competitions to keep the learning fun and interactive. Afternoon activities will feature traditional camp games and activities, nature walks, trivia, water games and more. Bally Sports will also put an emphasis on certain life virtues relating to sports each week. Bally Sports employs coaches with strong educational background, experience in a wide variety of sports and a passion for working with children. All day camps are staffed at an appropriate counselor to camper ratio. Give your kids a fun and active summer! Who: Children Ages 6-12 Dates: Monday - Friday, June 3 - August 2 (no camp 7/1-7/5) Time: Full Day - 9 AM - 3 PM, Extended Day - 8 AM - 5 PM Location: Groveport Recreation Center Address: 7370 Groveport Road, Groveport, OH 43125 Fees: 6+ Weeks - $145/week, 3-5 Weeks - $155/week, 1-2 Weeks - $165/week, Extended Day - $40/week 6/3-6/7 - Five Tool - Baseball and Softball 6/10-6/14 - Foot Skills Soccer 6/17-6/21 - First and Ten - Football and Cheer 6/24-6/28 - Learn to Play - Lacrosse and Volleyball Volleyball - Have a great time learning the sport of volleyball with Bally Sports! Throughout the week, participants will learn a wide variety of skills including passing, setting, blocking, and serving. Older players will also work on spiking. Each day will include modified games that help players learn spacing on the volleyball court, communication with teammates, and moving to the ball. The positive atmosphere makes for a fun learning experience catered to all skill abilities! Lacrosse - Come out and learn the exciting game of lacrosse with Bally Sports! Children will be split by age group in this recreational program, designed to introduce the basic skills and help players understand the rules and style of the game. Coaches will use fun games to teach participants the fundamentals including scooping ground balls, throwing, catching, cradling, shooting, and defending. Each day will include a practice portion and gameplay. Checking will not be allowed and there will be no physical contact. Face goggles, helmets, and pads are not required for this camp. Players are welcomed to bring their own sticks, but extra sticks will be provided for those who do not have their own. 7/1-7/5 - NO CAMP 7/8-7/12 - Ninja Training Camp 7/15-7/19 - Shooting Stars Basketball 7/22-7/26 - Sticks and Flips - Hockey and Gymnastics 7/29-8/2 - Olympics

Notes: Refund Policy If a refund is requested prior to May 1st, Bally Sports Group will provide a refund minus a Refund Fee of 15% of the total amount paid. Full refunds may be granted with a doctor’s note. If a refund is requested between May 1st and May 19th, Bally Sports Group may approve a credit to be used towards a future camp or program. Refunds will not be granted after May 1st. Once a camp has started, Bally Sports Group is unable to provide refunds or credits. Medication Note Bally Sports Group is not able to administer medication beyond basic First Aid. If your child requires medication, we encourage you to make prior arrangements.
Prerequisites: All children should arrive sunscreened with a water bottle and a packed lunch.
