Description:

In this unaccompanied class, gymnasts will start to focus on building their progressions and getting more accustomed to building skills and progressions. They will be working on connecting skills on all stations while working on strength and confidence. This class is filled with fun challenges, games, friends, and gymnastics fundamentals perfect for the rambunctious four or five-year-old. all athletes will work in circuits designed to help build strength, coordination, balance, endurance, flexibility, confidence and self-esteem. 

Skills include:

Bars- inverted hangs, front support, casts, forwards rolls

Beam- jumps, 1 leg balances, locomotions

Floor- forwards and backward rolls, hand supports, cartwheels
