We are so excited to hold this class for the first time at BGC! This class continues with the badge program after the Bronze report card and that class should have been completed at least once to join this class.

Welcome to the world of CanGym! This co-ed structured class is a must do for every child and is all about the fundamentals. Each class will have participants taking on a variety of new challenges on the gymnastic equipment.

This intermediate-level gymnastics program is designed to foster a deeper understanding of physical activity through engaging and interactive exercises. Participants in this class will focus on enhancing their gymnastic skills while prioritizing safety. Students will refine their landing techniques, master forward rolls, progress to more advanced cartwheels, and explore a wide range of balance, locomotion, and support movements. Additionally, they will develop a comprehensive understanding of fundamental gymnastic body positions. This program encourages students to unlock the full potential of their bodies as they tackle challenges such as hanging from the rings, navigating the bars with agility, and executing controlled bounces on the trampoline.
