Athletes will be learning fundamentals from each of the types of gymnastics that BGC offers including Artistic, Rhythmic, Parkour and Trampoline Gymnastics! 

Athletes will be able to work on artistic gymnastics including basic tumbling, Bars skills, Beam combos with mounts, and dismounts training. Rhythmic training will include apparatus handling, with ribbons, balls, ropes, hoops, and free routines and will include flexibility and body control training. Trampoline training will include a lot of practice creating shapes and creating basic trampoline combos and working on saltos (flips) and other skills. Acrobatic training will include balances, body control, and strength training with partners.
