Description:

In this parent-accompanied class, little ones will start learning the foundations of movements and body control. They will start learning shapes and different basic skills with a focus on the gymnastics' fundamental movement patterns. They will be guided by their parents who are encouraged to stay involved in the class to help their little one stay curious, play, and explore while learning about how their bodies move.

All little ones will receive a report card at the end of the session outlining all their hard work and achievements. 

Skills include:

Bars- shape hangs, swings, different grip holds

Beam- 2-foot balances and locomotions 

Floor: Forwards rolls, log rolls, front support, locomotions
