Description:
Sportball Basketball introduces fundamental concepts of gameplay and teaches the basic skills required to hit the court with confidence in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Coaches zero in on skills like dribbling, passing, catching, shooting and defense in a fun, exciting, skill-focused play. Classes start off with warm-ups and quick skills refreshers before getting right into sport-specific gameplay. Coaches act as referees, teaching skills through gameplay and a few key drills.
