Description:

The instructor will take you through low impact movements that are friendly for your joints while providing some cardiovascular work. We will utilize small weights for strength as well as incorporate abdominal work, balance and stretches. A great class for anyone not wanting a high intensity workout. All ages are welcome.

Please bring a yoga mat, light weights and a water bottle.
