Description:

This class is a pilates and yoga inspired workout for dancers, combining deep stretching and conditioning for the entire body.

Our stretch and conditioning class provides a fun environment to increase strength and flexibility, suitable for all ages and abilities.

Students will cover a wide variety of exercises and stretches, tailored specifically for dancers. Our instructors are certified in the following training programs: Alixa Flexibility, Barreworks, Progressing Ballet Techniques, and Acrobatic Arts. Excercises have been adapted from these successful programs.

Skills learned in this class are easily transferable to any dance style, aiding progression in all other lessons. This class is an ideal compliment to every dancer’s training!

Girls Dress Code

• Black Bloom leotard
• Plain black dance shorts
• Caramel or ballet convertible tights
• Bare feet
• Hair must be tied up

Boys Dress Code

• White fitted t-shirt

Notes: This is a technique class and dancers will not be learning any choreography. They will not perform a routine in the Recital.
