Level 3 focuses on standing multiple handsprings, shaping for back tucks, connected back tucks (i.e. round-off tuck; round-off handspring tuck; etc), punch fronts, and ariels. Level 4 focuses on standing back handsprings to tuck, standing tucks, and layouts Level 5 focuses on jump tucks, standing back handsprings to layout, and layout fulls
