Description:
Advanced Level 2 and 3 tumbling will focus on strength, shaping, and drills needed to increase power and consistency in standing and running handsprings, flysprings, front and back tucs, and all levels 2 and 3 combinations! Here at BCA, we believe in Perfection before Progression. We know that ensuring the athlete can perform the skill perfectly means they have a better chance of gaining more advanced skills in a safe and timely manner.
