Description:
Advanced Level 1/Beginner Level 2 focuses on perfecting our front and back walkovers, in addition to introducing the foundations for backhandsprings. Here at BCA, we believe in Perfection before Progression. We know that ensuring the athlete can perform the skill perfectly means they have a better chance of gaining more advanced skills in a safe and timely manner.
