Description:
Level 1 Tumbling focuses on proper technique and execution of Rolls, Handstands, Cartwheels, Round Offs, and Walkovers, as well as connecting skills. ** Athletes should be at least 5 years of age to complete the class. It is unsafe for children under the age of 5 to perform some of the skills (i.e. bridges). Here at BCA we believe in Perfection before Progression. We know that ensuring the athlete can perform the skill perfectly means they have a better chance of gaining more advanced skills in a safe and timely manner.
