Level 1 Tumbling focuses on proper technique and execution of Rolls, Handstands, Cartwheels, Round Offs, and Walkovers, as well as connecting skills.

** Athletes under the age of 5 are not allowed to perform bridges - an alternative will be given.  This is to protect their spinal development.
