Description:

Wednesdays are for advanced riders.

Things to pack:

• Full Face Helmet (preferred)-Gloves
• Bike
• Water bottle or camel pack
• Snack
• Small Backpack
• Optional safety equipment-neck brace, shin guards, Chest protector, elbow pads

All riders that have NOT celebrated their 9th birthday MUST legally be in the booster seat if being shuttled in BGC Vans- Booster seats will be supplied.

All riders must sign in with leaders; have all registration papers/emergency cards on file before rides.

Mountain Biking Leaders carry

• Emergency Cards
• Cell phone
• First Aid Kits
• Some repair kits/tubes for bikes

Required age: 5 - 18 on the day of the activity
