Description:

Reflexions is a mental health based art medium program designed to help youths express them selves and their feelings through the use of different art mediums. These mediums could include but aren't limited to drawing, painting, sculpting, photography, collageing...etc. We believe art can be therapeutic and that every young person can benefit from exploring their creativity and connecting with their inner self and expressing that inner self to the fullest. This program is for youths aged 13-18 and spaces are limited.
