Preschool power is an independent class and is a exciting introduction to gymnastics. These 45 minute classes focus on physical literacy and fundamental movement patterns as well as social skills of turn taking in a fun and encouraging environment. We welcome one adult per child to come into our facility and observe the class from our socially distanced viewing spaces at gym level

Required age: 41+ months on the day of the activity
Notes: Space is at a premium at floor level, and we welcome one adult per child to come in to our facility and observe the class from our specified viewing spaces at gym level, there is no additional viewing available.
Prerequisites: Must be 41 months at program start. This class is an independent participation class, if your child is not quite ready to go to the floor alone, the coach may suggest our Little Wonders program instead. We're happy to find the best match for your kiddo!
