The Junior Boys Crew works on fundamental movement patterns and enhanced physical literacy. These classes are perfect for any athlete working coordination, agility, power and flexibility in a fun, positive atmosphere. Our Boys Crew staff understand the needs of boys for continual movement, challenge and excitement in a respectful space. Our Junior Crew focuses on basic boys’ movements learning men’s specific apparatuses of PBars, Metal High Bar and mushroom, mixed with floor skills, trampoline and social distanced fun! ONE parent/guardian in to watch their child from our viewing gallery.
