Description:

In this beginner level class, athletes will move through a variety of circuits on the bars, beam, floor and vault. Children will not only learn cool new gymnastics skills in a fun & safe environment, but will also improve their overall strength, balance and flexibility. This class will help children learn the fundamentals to help them excel in all sports!
