PROGRAM - 2x acro dance class and 1 jazz class

This is for beginners to learn the foundations of acro dance. Class combines various classical dance techniques with acrobatic elements. This class teaches dancers skills and tricks based on Acrobatic Arts certified programs, while incorporating training in flexibility, strength (core, arms, legs), safe transitions, and spacial awareness. Dancers will achieve variations of stands (chest, head, elbow, etc.), back bridges, cartwheels, and round-offs in a safe and engaging environment.

Notes: Dress Code: Black spaghetti strap leotard, black dance shorts AND/OR footless beige tights. (Recommended brands: Capezio, Mondor, Body Wrappers, Revolution Dancewear). Footwear: Barefeet. Prerequisites: No experience required. Recommended to take with a Jazz or Ballet class.
