CONTINUATION (April 22 - June 10, 2024) Do you want to stay active? Are you looking for a form of exercise to keep your body moving? Join our Adult Contemporary Dance Class and immerse yourself in the world of fluid movements, emotional expression, and artistic exploration. Class will include a warm-up, across the floor and centre sequences, and short routines/combinations. Beginner friendly - no prior dance experience required, but it’s fun for former dancers too!
