Description:

In collaboration with Ars Nova Singers and the EDEN Project, CMA will host this week long camp focusing on trees. The EDEN project, created by Grammy Award winning opera singer Joyce DiDonato and the International Teaching Artist Collaborative (ITAC), is a music and environmental awareness workshop for children in grades K-12. Its hopeful and inspiring message is already blooming in Europe and pockets of North America. This music workshop inspires empathy with nature by asking the essential question: What if trees could sing? The children respond to this prompt with words and melodies and create their own song, while also learning the EDEN anthem, Seeds of Hope, written by the pilot children’s choir that was created for this project.

The administration fee ($20/student plus $5/additional family member) charged each term supports administration, office supplies, piano tuning, recital/performance costs, building supplies, and general overhead. This fee may be posted to your account as a separate invoice.
