Hosted by Jenni Morse, The Movement is a body neutral fitness program available to anyone who identifies as a woman. With 10+ years of experience, Jenni aims to bring joy through movement while dismantling harmful ideas of what your body “should” look like. The Movement redefines fitness with sessions that don’t make you feel like hiding away at the back of the class, but rather focusing on how your body feels while moving.
Both the Yoga and Zumba classes are operating on a drop-in, pay-what-you-can basis, allowing you to check in with your body and show up if it calls to you. We hope you can join us in our journey to create a safe and fun space for women of all natures to coexist.
