Description:
Learn rolls, cartwheels, back bridges, and safety preparations. Rolls, balances, cobra, upper body and torso strength, body coordination, spatial awareness & agility with an age-appropriate teaching approach. ***Acro is a skills-based class. Acro will not participate in our annual recitals but will have the opportunity to show their progress twice throughout the dance season.
