Registration, Payment Instalments + Commitment

Our 2024/2025 School Year Season runs from September 7th, 2024 to Saturday, June 14th, 2025.

Registration Period: Upon registration, you are committing to your dance classes for the full school year from September until the end-of-year recital in June. Payment for the school year is made in 3 instalments (Instalment 1: upon registration | Instalment 2: December 15, 2024 | Instalment 3: March 15, 2025). Alternatively, you may pay for the entire year in full, this comes with an additional discount of 5%. Email info@charbarts.com to request the rebate discount code before completing registration.

For the school-year season, you will be charged automatically upon each installment period. Charges to your credit card will be applied as listed in your CAS Program Registration (Upon registration, December 15, March 15) unless you officially withdraw before the classes begin on Saturday, September 7th by emailing info@charbarts.com.
