Description:

This program is for flyers on competitive teams ages U12 and up.  Stretch and strengthen is an additional program for flyers to gain flexibility, strength, perfect body positions and improve flyer technique and performance.  It is mandatory that all flyers register for this class. Once it is purchased, athletes will attend a scheduled 15 minute session before/after their team practice with a team coach to work team specific flyer skills. 

The class is a total for the year which follows this breakdown: 
- $20 1 per week (July, Aug, Dec & April)
- $40 2 per week (Sept, Nov, Jan, Feb March)

1. Pay in full
2. Pay in 10 equal installments * charged on the 1st of every month
