Worlds Athlete Open Gym 

1.5 hour class that is open gym style but supervised. Grab your stunt group or work on those tumble skills. Coaches will be there to help with any skills needed. Please only work skills that are in our routine or our coach has asked you to work on. 

Pre-requisite skill requirements.

Should your athlete attend a class without the appropriate pre-requisite skills coaches may send them home. Please connect with your coach if you have further questions about the appropriate class.

Required age: 12+ on the day of the activity

Prerequisites: Currently on a - Worlds Team
