Description:
An introduction to competitive swimming including freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Continued stroke development and an introduction to swimming in a productive team environment are also developed. All swimmers must be able to independently swim the length of the pool using freestyle and backstroke on the first day of practice. Swimmers who are not yet at that skill level will be removed from the swim team and should take group swim lessons to build their skills.

- Monday, January 15, 2024 from 6:40 PM to 7:25 PM
- Monday, February 19, 2024 from 6:40 PM to 7:25 PM

Required age: 6 - 14 as of 4/10/2024
Notes: Session B is for intermediate to advanced swimmers who are able to swim non-stop distances of 200 yards or more.
