Description:

Join our team challenge and get a healthy start to your new year! We’ll equip you with the tools that you need and the team spirit to keep you motivated. Teams meet weekly to work out under the guidance of a personal trainer. Participants will also receive weekly workouts to complete between group sessions, nutritional guidance, full access to the facility for the duration of the program, and opportunities to win prizes throughout!
