Description:

This class is recommended for students who have successfully completed Level 4.  Try to catch us if you can! We will be focusing on building swim endurance using the three competitive strokes (free, back and breaststroke) learned as well as refining techniques. Students in this class are familiar with competitive swim strokes. Side stroke will be taught. Distance swimming is the priority in this class with an introduction to flip turns and butterfly. Once advance skill ability is met, students will have the option to move to our swim program.

Notes: Students are recommended to pursue CARA or another youth swim team after completion of Level 5!

Prerequisites: Complete Level 4 or ability to swim 50 yards freestyle with rotary breathing, 50 yards backstroke, 50 yards elementary backstroke, 25 yards breaststroke, and 10 yards butterfly.
