Grief yoga uses intentional movement, breath, and sound to release pain and suffering and reconnect with love. This movement practice doesn't deny the pain and the struggle that happens in our loss of loved ones but creates space to channel and process those strong feelings associated with grief. This practice is more about emotional resilience than completing challenging postures. Postures can be completed on a yoga mat or a chair
