In our Me and My Shadow Classes, our instructors emphasize water adjustment, swimming readiness, & general enjoyment in the water through songs and games. A parent or guardian (16 years or older) is required, one child to one guardian ratio. Diaper wearing children must wear a swim diaper or vinyl swim pants.
