Location: Lakeside Nature Center Building | 1033 S Lake Storey Rd, Galesburg, IL, 61401

Description:

Book your special party with us! Create memories with a unique birthday party! Nature Parties can be held year-round, with outdoor exploration (weather dependent), held indoors at Lakeside Nature Center. Due to the small size of the building, party size is limited to 10 children and 2 adults. Party times are 2-4pm on Saturdays. See the calendar below for available dates, then click on your date to book. Recreation Staff will contact you to verify your party.

Nature Birthday Party Themes:

• Nature Explorers -nature hike/exploration, weather permitting; craft or activity based on seasonal or specific nature topic- Staff will contact you via email for child's interests, with topic list
• Treasure Hunters -using a compass, hunters will explore the woods or Nature Center area to find the treasure box. Treasure box will contain "gold" coins, or can include your parent-provided goodie bags.  Activity will be keepsake map-making.
• Happy Campers - Tent time fun, indoor or outdoors, weather dependent. Have fun with puppets, enjoy storytime inside tent. Bring your own blankets for indoor tent snuggles! Staff will contact you with craft/activty options.
