Description:
This is a low impact workout class that focuses on activities that can be scaled based on the physical ability of participants. Water walking, walk workouts, minor barbell & noodle use throughout classes. Enjoy unlimited class attendance with a monthly fitness pass or pay a daily drop in rate of only $7 per person. No Aquafit Memorial Day- May 27th
