Description:

This beginning yoga class will include gentle and basic stretches with simple breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Please bring a yoga mat with you to class!

Price: $38.25 - $50.00 Taxes waived

Required age: 18 - 100 on the day of the activity

Notes: If we cancel a program for any reason, participants will be entitled to a full refund or transfer to another activity. Classes will be canceled three (3) business days prior to the first class if the class does not meet minimum enrollment. If you prefer, our staff will assist you in finding another activity that meets your needs. No refunds will be given after the class begins. Refunds are given if notified three (3) business days before the class begins. A 25% service charge will be assessed for each activity cancellation. *Active Duty Military members receive the City of Monterey Resident Rate.
